Teresa Kendall 4th Dan - Chief Instructor

Teresa has an unstoppable semi-contact fight record in both Karate and Kickboxing.

Between 1993 and 2001 she was 4 x EKKA National Champion, 3x NAK National Champion and 3 x Powerkick Grand Prix Champion.

As well as Chief Instructor for Taekwondo and Kickboxing, Teresa has a Black Sash in Tai Chi. She is a Braindojo Instructor, Powerchi yoga instructor, qualified Reiki practitioner, an advanced personnel trainer and a nutritional advisor.

Teresa has worked with Lincolnshire Police to implement several tailor made programmes for Lincolnshire Schools, which include Self Awareness, Self Defence, Anti-Bullying, and systems especially designed for children with learning difficulties.
