Taekwondo
This is a dynamic art with high kicks, powerful punching techniques, and traditional patterns. It is ideally suited to those who wish to develop above average levels of fitness and flexibility. This is very popular with children because of its visual appeal.
Kick Boxing
This art combines the dynamic kicking techniques of Taekwondo with the awesome punching power of Western boxing. It is best suited to the person who wants to achieve high levels of fitness, suppleness and self confidence. All ages welcome.
